Services: All prices in the hotel and in the residence are with half-board per person and per day, including all taxes and fees.
The half-board includes accomodation, breakfast buffet, dinner with meal choice, vegetarian dishes, appetisers from the buffet, large salad buffet and cheese corner.
Also included is the use of the swimming pools, hot-whirl-pool, salt-water whirl-pool, sauna area, infrared cabine and sunlounger and sunshade on the lawn.
Children: are welcome in our hotel. If staying in the room of the parents (2 payers) we
grant a reduction of 50-70% until 11 years, from 12 to 15 years 40-50%. Children until 3 years are free.
Dogs: are allowed after advanced notification, we charge € 7,00.- per day, without food.
The dog has no access to the dining-hall and the swimming area.
Arrival: On the arrival day the rooms are at your disposal from 1.30 p.m. on. We kindly ask
you to give us notification if you arrive after 7 p.m.
Payment: cash or with credit card (Visa, Mastercard). We would like to inform you, that according to the current law, payments in cash can only be accepted for a maximum amount of 2.499 Euro.
Cancellation: Should a booked stay be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely
broken off, cancellation charges amounting to 75% of the booked arrangement can be
charged in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such
cases, we recommend you a travel-cancellation insurance. We can provide you with
further information on this insurance.
