No matter what: every evening - except Tuesdays - our gastronomic variety awaits you: sometimes a highlight from the show kitchen on specific themes, sometimes dishes of the day à la carte or a fine menu. Depending on the type of culinary service you have chosen, either all meals apart from breakfast are subject to a charge, or the various dinner options are included in the half board price. All drinks are subject to a charge.

Breakfast at Laurin

Fragrant sandwiches, delicious sweet baked goods and homemade cakes, local dairy products, muesli mixes from South Tyrolean producers, homemade fresh fruit salad, various jams from the Val Martello or homemade, honey, pistachio cream, hazelnut cream honey and classic cream, fresh sausages of all kinds, a wide and fine selection of organic infusions by Viropa - die Südtiroler Teemarke, apple juice from our village, egg dishes à la minute from our show kitchen are just some of the delicacies you will enjoy.

APEX

The new meeting point at Laurin is APEX, an open space to linger, savour, browse and chat. In the bar, in the lounge area and on our spacious terrace, we spoil you almost around the clock with delicious snacks from the new snack menu. The tried and tested Laurin classic - our homemade apple strudel - can be found here as well as great ice cream sundaes, frappés and milkshakes. On hot summer days, we serve cool, homemade iced teas, smoothies, aperitifs, cocktails and much more. No wishes remain unfulfilled!
