• Stay flexible: In case you are unable to start your journey due to travel advice or restrictions you can cancel your stay until 3 days before arrival without any cancellation fee. In all other cases our general cancellation conditions will be applied. We recommend to take out additional travel insurance including Covid-19 diseases.
• Disinfection devices are accessible to guests all over the hotel site. Please do wash your hands regularly.
• Please follow the social distancing rules.
• All common areas in the hotel are ventilated, cleaned and disinfected on a daily regular basis.
• Rooms are carefully cleaned, ventilated and disinfected daily and after departure. Upon request we will not enter your room during your stay.
• Before arrival you will receive an info via email with the possibility of a pre-check-in. In case you do not want to do the pre-check-in we are happy to do the check-in on site. • All the tables in the dining rooms are arranged to make sure the minimum distance is guaranteed.
• The buffet area is open. Please keep safety restrictions (hand disinfection).
